If you're not satisfied with Memory Assistant, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies to first-time subscription purchases. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge. Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, on behalf of Brandy Wolstenholme.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, go to paddle.net, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and select the order. You can also contact our support team and we will assist.

After cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then.
